John 4:48 … “Will you never believe in me unless you see MIRACULOUS signs and wonders? Part 2

What if God does not answer your prayers for healing physically? What if He does not restore your marriage as you hoped? What if He does not protect a friend, family member or spouse from a fatal accident? What if you are faithfully serving the Lord, make it to bible study every week, do missionary work often, help the poor, pray for the sick, tithe, be on time for church every week! You Preach, teach, study for hours daily/ weekly. Keep your mouth closed when you want to pop off at someone. Love your enemies even though they torment you! What if you are kind to and patient with that difficult person you see every day. You keep forgiving and accepting. You sit at Jesus’s feet, open to his voice, and listen for instructions daily. You’ve been faithful to God; loving him with all your heart, soul, body, and mind. You live a sacrificial life, entirely devoted to and completely sold out for him but you seem to experience more suffering than you do joy! You have to battle for peace of mind because somehow the enemy is always attacking your mind!

Will you still believe in God? Will your faith still remain? Will you still trust him? Will your heart still be tender towards him, seeing him as a loving God, the lover of your soul! The God who wants the best for you, whose plans are to prosper you. Can you still see him as the God that says to open your mouth and He will fill it with good things, keep asking, knocking, and you will receive! Though you prayed and had faith; worshiped while you waited, but nothing happened! You’re still sick; you got divorced, your child is in the hospital, you lost your job and is about to be evicted.

What do we do in delicate situations like these? Remember beloved, All that we are going through and will go through isn’t in vain! We, however, can be sure that after we’ve suffered for a little while, we will be strengthened and restored! We may never understand why some things happen. Nevertheless, God is good and perfect in all His ways. We are privileged to stand boldly in his presence, even if all we get to do is give, receiving nothing in return. We have already received the best, He gave us a second chance through His only son, Jesus Christ! We now have an opportunity to live eternally with him. Recall that time you said or thought to yourself, “Oh, this is why God allowed that to happen.” You then realize you have grown; you have gotten stronger and closer to him. Your faith and trust got increased.

So, you hold on! You cry when you have to. You share how you feel with the Lord, inviting him in every emotion, every thought. These are the times we tend to pull away when our faith is being tested. Speak the word over yourself, repeat, and believe who God says He is, who you are, and his promises, not how you feel! I know it’s easier said than done, but FAITH is what we got! We can still love and be faithful to God if that one thorn isn’t taken from us! We can trust him again! We can still be on fire for him! Sweet praise and worship can still flow from our spirit to him! We can still stand on his promises and the truth about His everlasting love! Because He is our strength, His spirit lives in us and its Him who we depend on. He promised to never leave us nor forsake us and we can stand on that! Let us not allow our misfortunes to blind us or harden our hearts.

Meditation: John 4:48 Jesus asked, “Will you never believe in me unless you see miraculous signs and wonders?” I’d like to introduce you to a song-for those who does not know. Even if- MercyMe I pray it will powerfully minister to you and throw you into worship. 🙂

Hello, my name is Stephanie! It is my desire for souls to know Jesus personally; To be freed, uplifted, affirmed, and healed through our Savior. Know that you are loved so much! You have so much worth! You ’belong’ even if the world rejects and sees you as nothing! Despite what people around you, or even what your thoughts say about who you are, Jesus's truth is all that matters, and you are precious to him! Here is a bit of my story! I've been oppressed and ’held captive’ in my own mind for many years! I've struggled with depression for over 10 years. I had low self-esteem, not knowing my own worth. I chased after love, affirmation, attention, and a need to feel wanted- in relationships, to finding fulfillment in things. I didn't know how to love myself or how to receive love! I was sad most of the time to the point where I contemplated suicide twice. Deep inside, I felt a little girl full of joy, harmony, and peace who wanted freedom, and to live a fulfilled life; she was trapped inside. In late 2014 Jesus literally called out to me... and told me I would be okay. I committed my life to him in 2016. Since then, so much has happened! I've been finding shelter under his wings, and my mind is continually being renewed by his truth spoken to and about me. I have found and is still amazed by his perfect, unconditional love for me that follows me daily. I have found a secured relationship that attends to every area of my life. My journey started out rough, but it is BEAUTIFUL! It gets rocky and uncomfortable at times, but it is one filled with lessons, wonder, and crazy peace! It's apart of our walk. I am still healing (I view it as a life long process) some days I take a step forward only to take two backward but I now know to not depend on my strength even during healing as I am never alone. There are also many that I am unlearning and detoxing from my spirit that I grew up learning about. I have opened myself to allowing God to use me as I am, as an outlet to reach his precious ones. The purpose of my blog is to encourage a sincere and intentional relationship with Jesus! To help strengthen our faith and walk in him. To heal, uplift, and remind women of who God says we are. To walk in his identity- in hopes that you will know without a doubt that you matter much more than you can understand! I openly share my testimonies and personal experiences. I mean, it's a bit easier to speak and share from experiences. I firmly believe you will be blessed! Find yourself, find your path, and embark on this beautiful journey of life resting in God. Love, it's perfectly okay to be authentic- about where you are in every area of your life- in a world that forces us to mask our emotions and ’put the best forward, so people can ”see and think” we’ve got it all together.’ It's okay to NOT have it all together. Be true to yourself; this is an important step in being completely honest with our Lord.
